Move forward with an online business manager
Is this your time to make it happen?
(And if you don’t know that and you’re doubting yourself right now, stop it – you’re amazing and I believe in you!)
You’re ready to go for growth and start scaling your business, but you can’t do that without the right team, tools, and systems in place.
You’ve got a dream and a good idea of how to bring it to life, but your business already eats up all of your time. How can you begin to move forward without letting everything else fall behind?
Hi, I’m Claire Grace
I’m the founder of The Assistant Quarters and an Online Business Manager.
I can oversee the smooth running of your business, keep you organised and on track with projects, and delegate tasks effectively.
When I’m taking care of all that, you’ll be free to focus on new opportunities and doing the work you love.
How does it work?
The service will be totally unique to you, but common features include:
Conducting weekly team meetings
Regular meetings/calls to set priorities for your own to-do list
Supporting, motivating and delegating to your team
Ensuring projects are given realistic timelines and are completed on time
Updating key business documentation and guidelines
Access to The Assistant Quarters business templates and resources
Updating Asana (or your project management tool of choice) to reflect the current status of all projects
Online Business Management
From £1000 / month
As well as this top-level support to strategise and coordinate, you can choose to add in additional support from my team of virtual assistants.
They can help with tasks including email management, research, diary management, content creation, and email scheduling, for example, and I’ll keep them on track and make sure they’re always on the same page.
What’s the difference between an online business manager and a virtual assistant?
When you hire me as your Online Business Manager, you’re getting the support of an experienced business owner with her own established and successful company. This is about more than just saving time and getting things ticked off the list – it’s an opportunity to tighten up your systems and processes and have someone else oversee them.
With the day-to-day coordination of your business taken care of, you’ll have the confidence to step aside and head in a new direction.
Read the blog post: Virtual assistants vs. online business managers – what’s the difference?
Learn about the key differences between VAs and OBMs, and get closer to finding out which option is right for you. We'll look at costs, timings, responsibilities, and more.
When you get a review like this from the woman who trains and coaches high-performing VAs, you know you’re doing something right!
What makes a perfect VA? I would say that the three most important factors are:
- A wealth of experience in your field coupled with true skills that can help your client drive their business forward
- A true commitment to understanding your clients’ businesses so that you can better support them
- An ability to care and build a relationship that extends far and beyond a list of tasks, but that is built on mutual respect, honesty and care.
Claire has all of the above (and more!) in bucket loads. I have been blown away by her invaluable support to my crazy and fast-growing business and look forward to our future partnership. Thank you for all you do, Claire.
Meet my VA and OBM Team
Online Business Manager
Is an online business manager the answer to all your problems?
Let’s have a chat and start getting to know each other.
How is an Online Business Manager (OBM) different to a Virtual Assistant (VA)?
An Online Business Manager operates at a different level to a Virtual Assistant however roles can sometimes blur or overlap. In a nutshell, OBMs will take on more of a Management role, they are proactive and will help you to make your business run more efficiently and profitably – we’ve written a great blog that should answer all of your questions.
What hours are you available?
Monday – Friday 9:00am – 5:00pm. If you need us to be available outside these hours, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Not all of the team work full-time hours so we will always establish when you need your VA/OBM to be available when we first chat through your requirements.
What's the investment and is there a minimum commitment?
Our OBM package requires a minimum investment of £1,000 per month. We create a bespoke proposal for every potential OBM client after our initial Connection Call to check that we would be a good fit.
An initial 3-month OBM retainer is required to support onboarding and ensure that any initial system improvements can be made. We would then review progress with you and decide if a rolling monthly retainer would work best.
Do I have to pay for OBM services in advance of work?
Yes, our services must be paid for in full, in advance of the commencement of any work.
Do you have a contract that I need to sign?
Absolutely! We have a Terms of Business document that we’d need you to sign before we start working together to protect both parties.
