Pricing Guidance

We’ll come up with a package that’s right for you based on what we discuss during our connection call.

This pricing guidance will give you a feel for the budget you might need.

 

Our minimum retainer package is 10 hours per month, and we offer larger retainers in increments of five hours.

All retainers are based on a rolling monthly agreement after a minimum initial 3-month period. You will have the option to increase/decrease your retainer to flex with your business needs in line with our terms.

Our rates for Ad-Hoc VA Support and Specialist Tech VA Support start from £45 per hour.  Please enquire for a personalised quote.

 

One off projects, from £600

Got an exciting project coming up and need help to pull it off?

Most of our clients are on retainer packages, but we also support one-off projects such as streamlining business operations, the creation of SOPs, Dubsado setups, and Membership or Online Course launches. And it’s often a great way to start a beautiful working relationship together.

What kind of tasks can I delegate to you?

Our team offers a wide range of expertise and can help with any of the below:

What hours are you available?

Across the team we cover typical UK office hours of Monday – Friday 9:00am – 5:00pm GMT. If you need us to be available outside these hours, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Not all of the team work full-time hours so we will always establish when you need your VA/OBM to be available when we first chat through your requirements.

We are huge advocates of a 4-day working week and encourage our team and our clients to take regular downtime and holidays to recharge. We ask that work boundaries are respected for everyone, clients included of course.

Can I really trust you to do a good job? I’ve been burned before

The team at The Virtual Assistant Quarters has been hired to create a reliable team with a balanced skillset, who you can lean on, learn from and rely upon, to create a solid dependable service for our clients.

What's the minimum number of hours support/retainer?

We offer three tiers of support, starting from a minimum retainer of 10 hours.

If our retainer packages don’t quite fit your needs or you only need support for a one-off project, please get in touch and we can create a bespoke proposal for you.

Do I have to pay for VA retainers in advance of work?

All retainer packages and blocks of hours must be paid for in full, in advance of the commencement of work. If additional hours are worked beyond your retainer, or there are additional charges (e.g. travel, postage, expenses), an additional invoice will be issued as agreed.

All billable work will be time tracked and billed by rounding up to the nearest 15 minutes using a time tracking tool.

Do you have a contract that I need to sign?

Absolutely! We have a Terms of Business document that we’d need you to sign before we start working together to protect both parties. This will be saved to your online Client Portal so that you can access a copy whenever you need it.

Where are you based?

The TAQ team is based across the UK. The beauty of working virtually is that we have access to a talented team of experts regardless of location.

How often will I hear from my VA?

The short answer is that it’s totally up to you! Some people like a monthly check-in call, others prefer to communicate via a project management tool like Asana or Trello or even Slack. We’ll make sure we discuss your preference before we start working together.

How do I know if I want a VA or OBM?

It’s hard to tell but we will make recommendations when we speak. There’s overlap between the roles, you might need both, or sometimes one and sometimes the other – that’s why the Assistant Quarters is made of experienced VAs and OBMs so we can apply the skills and people to your business whenever you need it.

What payment methods do you accept?

We ask that all retainer clients pay via GoCardless as it makes things super simple for everyone involved! You’ll receive an invoice for all work but GoCardless works like a direct debit so you have peace of mind that you don’t need to remember to pay us each month. BACS Transfer payments are also accepted if needed.

Do you support one-off projects?

Most of our clients are on retainer packages, but we do sometimes have capacity to support one-off projects, such as launches. Complete the application form, and we’ll be in touch.
